Returns & Refunds of small items you can request to return a small item purchased online using the subject “Small items returns request” at

If we accept the return, you’ll get an Email from our delivery partner, DPD, with a collection date. If you need to change the collection date, you can reply back message from DPD.

Once we have received and processed the return, you’ll receive your money back within 10 days.

Please note – for Gift Card purchases, a new Gift Card will be posted to the billing address on the order.

Ways to return a product

We need proof of purchase, so attach sales receipt, bank statement or online invoice in email. We’ll find your purchase faster if you can give us your order number.

What is the reason for your return?

Not opened products

An unopened product can be returned for a full refund within 3 days of delivery if it’s still in its original, packaging not opened. This returns policy for not opened goods is in addition to your statutory rights and applies to purchases  online. You must have your original receipt.

Opened products

You have a right to return not wanted items bought over online, even if you have opened them for inspection. You must let us know within 3 days from the day after delivery. Please contact us via chat or email us @ .

If the fault occurs within 30 days of purchase (or delivery) we will always offer you either a exchange or refund. You can arrange for a return, or collection by email us @ .

We’re always with you if a product develops a fault. However, before you return a product, please can you check that there is a fault. Email us depending on the product, we may be able to help solve the problem email us @

We do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear. In all cases we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault.

If you unpack your product and find it damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as you can so that we can arrange a return or exchange product for you.
